Lounge visits to show us two fabulous drinks made with Gin.
The Sidecar:
-Hennessey Cognac
-Grand Gala orange liqueur
-Lemon juice
-Granulated sugar
-An orange twist
Shake together with ice 2 oz of the Hennessey, 1 oz of the Grand
Gala and a dash of lemon juice. Strain into a sugar rimmed cocktail
glass and squeeze, then drop in an orange twist.
The Gin Hater's Cocktail:
-2oz gin
-Dash Elderflower Cordial
-Dash grapefruit
-Dash cranberry
-Dash of lime
Combine ingredients in Boston shaker with ice and roll. Serve in
a tumbler garnished with star fruit on a skewer.
