PUTING IT TOGETHER

We're making wine charms out of old earrings that have lost their mate. This project is very simple.

You'll need:

-Un-mated dangly earrings
-Stiff wire or head pins
-Rattail cord
-Scissors
-Round nose pliers with a wire cutter

Start by taking your old dangly earrings off their earring finding (thats the thing that attaches to your ear) and then create a new finding out of wire bent into a small figure 8 with the round nose pliers. Bend the "8" into a right angle at the center point and hook the dangly part of the earring to one side of the new "8" finding and close it back up again, then take a length of rattail cord and thread it through the other half of the finding. Tie the wine charm around the base of your wine glass and you're ready to serve your guests!
