| WHY
DIDN'T YOU THINK OF THAT? Plastic wood can be used to recreate
the little nubbins that tend to chip off of antique gold frames. Just
mold them into the shape of the piece that's missing and glue them
in place. Then paint them with a little gold paint.
Bonus tip! Should you have a piece of inexpensive art, perhaps a
reproduction or print that doesn't fit into your design scheme, why
not paint over parts of it to make it more harmonious with your
room? You can give it subtle touches or make it a complete parody
of itself.
