Bring your collections into your "here and now" by displaying them in your home. We created a lovely room using the Vera textiles as inspiration for our color palate. The pale pinks, blues and greens lend the room a restful air. We also expanded the notion of a collection by displaying cones of yarn on floor to ceiling shelves, reminding us that a collection worth displaying doesn't have to be made up of valuable antiques. It can be objects that you use in your work or a hobby. A curio shelf is a wonderful piece to display a collection on. Ours is especially nice because it's also a practical light fixture. Casual displays of cherished objects lend personality and character to your room. No one will confuse a room this warm and inviting with a fussy, hands-off museum.
