Why
Didn't You Think of that Dian had another great idea that had me saying "Why didn't I think of that?" Camping can leave you feeling not quite so fresh. Wouldn't it be lovely if you could easily take a shower? It's easier then you think! You'll need: -2 shower curtains Start by taping the shower curtains together with duct tape, and then run a strip of duct tape across the top edge. Next make new holes in the top edge to coincide with the spokes in the open umbrella. When you're ready to shower suspend the umbrella from a tree limb upside down with the rope, hang the curtain from the spokes of the upturned umbrella and hoist it up to create an enclosed shower stall. Tie off the rope to keep it at the proper level. Fill the sprayer (make sure it hasn't been used for chemicals, if it has, never use it for showering again) and bring it in to the "stall" with you and shower away. If you paint the sprayer black and leave it in the sun for a while, the water will be warm! This is just one of the ideas in Dian's book Roughing It Easy. I can't say enough about how creative and useful her tips are. Be sure and pick up a copy!
