Gift baskets are such a delightful way to honor a friend or if you need a little pampering, even yourself! We created just such a basket for the perfect day in bed. The theme was silk and all our linens were provided by Soft Surroundings.

You'll need:

-Silk pillows
-Silk sheets
-Silk blanket
-A vintage bed jacket
-Microwaveable velveteen booties and mitts
-Chocolate (ours was Godiva)
-Luxurious skin cream (ours was Buttercream, from DuWop)
-A large basket
-Several large pieces of tulle (118" wide)
-Artificial flowers
-Ribbon

Trim out your basket with the artificial flowers and ribbon. You can attach the flowers to the corner of the basket or scatter then along the edge. Weave the ribbon through the straw or just lay long lengths of it in the bottom to draw up around the tulle. Line your basket with the tulle and then fill with your items. Draw the tulle up around the items in the basket and secure with a length of ribbon tied in a pretty bow. You can decorate the bow with more flowers or even feather butterflies.
