Did that sweater accidentally get tossed into the wash? If it's the perfect size for a pygmy don't worry - all is not lost.

Mix together 1/4 cup hair conditioner to 1 cup warm water. Immerse your sweater in the warm conditioner bath and work the conditioner into the sweater. Rinse the sweater in a bath of cold water with 1 or 2 tablespoons of white vinegar. Squeeze out the excess water, then roll in a towel and press down firmly to remove more water. Unroll and lay the sweater out on a clean fiberglass screen to dry. Stretch it out to its original size and let it dry naturally.

If this doesn't work, you can cut off the sleeves to make a poor-boy vest or refashion it into a darling look for your pooch.
